As a Solar Appointment Setter, you help Texas homeowners in deregulated energy markets explore solar and battery solutions. You are not closing deals or designing systems — you are starting conversations and booking qualified appointments with certified Energy Experts.

Transparent, Performance-Based Pay
Setters earn $50 per completed sit plus 20% commission on project margins for installs that close. Average install commission ranges from $900 to $1,500. These numbers are based on real historical performance in deregulated Texas markets.
Earnings vary based on effort, consistency, market conditions, and appointment quality. This is a performance-based independent contractor opportunity, not W-2 employment.
